Feeling somewhat better after a second semi-rugged morning, Sarah pepped up this afternoon like a Mento in Diet Coke. Off to WalMart for some much-needed restocking of supplies.
Mmmmm....the Simply Asia boxed Sesame Teriyaki noodles are on sale. Into the basket they go. Ooooh, large packs of ZooPals paper plates are reasonably priced today. Into the basket they go.
Sarah (eyeing the noodles): "Mommy, we should have a Chinese food celebration tonight for dinner!"
Darren: "No, no, no, no. We need to have a ZooPals party tonight for dinner!"
Sarah: "Maybe we should have a Chinese slash ZooPals party." Assuming I didn't understand, she continued, "That's a blend of both together."
Indeed.

Can Van come to the next Chinese/Zoo Pals party...he can supply the cookies for dessert!!
Too cute!
Sounds like great minds were thinking alike!!
Cute!!
I wonder where Sarah gets her adorable way with words!? Love the use of the word 'slash'...almost as much as the ever-present explanation afterwards. :) kids are the best.
Yumm yumm! Nothing gets better!
I mainly wanted to say thanks for visiting my blog and offering an encouragement to me as I await my triplets. You are definietly a twinspiration and I appreciate all of your work.
Thanks again!
Nicole
Hahaha! Those kids are too clever!
So, did they have their noodles on zoopals plates?
Whatever would we do if we didn't have our children to explain things to us?
What a lovely & delicious combo!
That is just too cute!!!
