Darren loves the Boomerang Channel. Sarah loves the Boomerang Channel. Daddy and I do, too.When ever-so-kindly asked by the marvelous mama of Best Family Diaries to contribute a guest post, the inspiration was right there on the screen. Sarah: "It doesn't look like Magilla Gorilla. It looks like a duck."
Mommy: "Sarah, remember what I said about if you have nothing nice to say?"
Darren: "I'm not done yet..."
Sarah: "Well, it really does look like a duck."
Darren: "You really look like a duck."
Suppose I shouldn't have addressed my admonition solely to Sarah...

My boys (usually henry & teddy) have very similar conversations as the "over critique" each other.

Wow that picture is wonderful!! Kids are amazing in the way they draw and color - I'd frame that one, it's fantastic! Cute little back and forth between them too - "you look like a duck." ha ha.
Oh, that's too cute! The convo might not have been the nicest, but its funny when they're not your kids. :O)
