Back when I was a kid, we dressed up once: Halloween night. The candy haul was a singularly achieved opportunity. This past weekend, Sarah and Darren had both a classmate's costume party and our church's "Trunk or Treat." Suffice it to say we're keeping the local discount medical supply in business with repeated gauze roll purchases...and I'm already experiencing a chocolate intake spurred blemish or two. (Mommy is an unapologetic pilferer....)This coming Friday, another classmate is celebrating his birthday with a costume party preceding the annual neighborhood trolling for treats. Which isn't such a bad thing...I think we're running low on Twix...

Pilferer here too! Not as bad as they hubby, but I do share in my share of kid earned goodies! I figure hey, I'm walking along with them, I can snitch one or two right?

*giggles* Are their really ANY Mommies out there that aren't pilferers? They're both so cute! I feel for you having to re-wrap Darren each time for his costume though. :)
What fun costumes! We've had several events with more to come to show off our costumes this year and although it makes for a busy week, I'm glad the kids get to have lots of fun and get good use out of their costumes!
