In case you missed it the first go 'round, our tale of how we are handling our "no employed adults in-house" status is currently posted on the amazing resource for parents of multiples, How Do You Do It? Go see.
PS - And don't faint dead away, but I actually completed a crafty project. Tune in tomorrow for our contribution to Lit & Laundry's "Finished for Friday."

Ohhh. can't wait to see what you completed tomorrow.
Will go check out your post on HDTDI now.
ps Thank you so much for all of your prayers. It means so much to the Whitt family to know so many people are thinking of them.
I read your post on your site and I think your attitude is awesome and I don't think your delusional at all.
We struggled seriously financialy a couple of years ago. My husband just could not find a job in his field so he had to take what he could get at the time. And the pay was alot less then what we were used too. Plus hubby suffered an illness while he was in the army just before this and was medically discharged from the army. Sooo...we have struggled for a while but it's finally starting to come around for us.
I am praying for you and your family and I know yall will do great.
Happy Friday!!
very well said Cheryl! I have a 3 year old who is SO into instant gratification and an 8 year old who is SO NOT, it is kind of weird - clearly I catered to each of their every whims as babies and on but I also some of it must be in born, hard wired in their brains because one of my kids gets it and the other doesn't even come close.
I still love that post!
Can't wait to see your craft. I hate that I'm not one of those crafty moms. Sigh.
I haven't officially posted on your work status of late. I'm so sorry for you guys and everyone in RVA who is jobless at the moment. There are so many! I do love that this economic time in our country is reminding us that we should be more fiscally responsible all the time perhaps. I know you guys are doing well and that your family is taking care of others more so than yourselves. Can't wait to see the crafty madness in store tomorrow! -e
Ack! So scary. I hope that you and/or your hubby are able to find work soon.
In the meantime, it seems like you both have the right perspective and are teaching your kids a lot of valuable lessons.
