Twins' Age: 3
When this picture was taken, my maternal heart cockles were warmed -- assuming (yeah, I know the adage...) our kids were practicing a plurally born siblings' moment of affection. Now, with nearly five years of similarly applied semi-strangleholds, this image seems somewhat foreshadowing.

Lovin' the hug.... that is too sweet of a picture Cheryl!!!
Too cute! Yeah, there's a fine line between affection and aggression, isn't there?
P.S. It's de-lurking day! Yay for comments!
Way too cute! I love their outfits!
PRECIOUS!!! omgosh they are adorable
love that pic :) sarah's face looks like, "hurry up mom, i need some help here!" a classic twin moment, indeed.
Adorable picture! I love looking back at some of the pics I have of the girls when they were younger. I love that you have twins - always wanted twins :-)
Thanks for stopping by my "pink" blog! I love Jenni's blog - glad we could connect through it ;-)
They are so cute!
My son hugs like this. I am constantly telling him he has to be careful with his sister. He wants to give her a bear hug.
So cute!!
LOL The foreshadowing! hahaha
It's an adorablle picture and can certainly see why it warmed your heart at the time :)
HAH! Oh, I hear that...the foreshadowing :) Too funny :)
It IS a very cute picture though. And I bet if taken at just the right time, you'd be able to capture something similar now ;)
So sweet to see them so lovey then and still now! Love Sarah's dress, too!
Cute picture. We certainly still get plenty of strangle-hugs around here.
they are so cute. I think we have a few pictures that are more like a headlock then a hug. Comes with having one taller then the other I guess.
I love Sarah's little squeezed eyeballs peeking out from Darren's armpit!
I wanted to do my own WBW post, but blogger won't let me upload the pic. Drat!
Happy New Year -- it's good to see you again :)
What a great pic!!
I our household, hug holds like that often lead to biting. While it's cute, I'm always on the lookout!
Adorable!
Adorable!!
love twin love
Cheryl, I love that picture! Warms my heart too!!!!
That is seriously adorable. Love the neck hold.
Love the bear hug!! I am late playing along today because I didn't have the pictures with me. Thanks.
What is it about children hugging that absolutely warms the heart?
Part of it may be that, because they are still small, they can wrap their arms around each other and get a death grip . . . okay, maybe not a death grip but a real, tight bear hug.
Of course, sometimes a hug between my boys leads to a headlock and a wrestling match.
You're two are adorable, though.
Two adorable sights....
1) The lace on Sarah's socks
2) Darrens cute vest
So cute! A hug that says "I love you so much, you must never get away from me" - haha!
awww, what a sweet picture. Your kids just have so much love for each other. It's beautiful Cheryl.
