Sarah's penchant for portraiture dovetailed with a resurgence of presidential preoccupation this weekend resulting in some
serious sketching. Not unlike artists before her, she drew study after study...empirically re-assessing and re-interpreting her "suitable for framing" book illustration of James Madison---our country's 4th leader, and her preferred president du jour.
