Dateline: February 4, 2005
Twins' Age: 3
Train tables at Barnes & Noble were often too overcrowded..and to my ten-years-ago today parental perceptions, germ-ier from the masses of tiny hands topped with toddler juices of all variety.
To the winter day rescue, Books-A-Million---a few extra miles for far fewer Thomas the Tank Engine connoisseurs. Plus, they had a bright blue train-shaped video viewing station (barely visible behind He-Twin) for the kids...an added plus.
Sadly today, the site of our beloved Books-A-Million has transitioned to a hardware store. Our memories are still fond and plentiful. (AND you can still order Twinspiration: Real-Life Advice from Pregnancy through the First Year via BAM online!)
Looking back at my kindred art aficionados warms my heart this mid-week.
Did you realize Twinfatuation was the originating host of Way Back When-esday?
We've been looking back with love since 2007... so please join in, play along!
