Friendly's used to be our "go-to" for dinners when the kids were toddlers and early-elementary aged.

As they grew---and as our local Friendly's went out of business---we discovered our new "happy place," Galaxy Diner.

Now, whenever Daddy's "rockin'" with his band, or out of town on business, we make a trek to Galaxy for delicious diner food---with some of the best servers in RVA....who are now quite definitively, family friends.

As of last night, we have verified both twins are now taller than beloved Rachel and Carly.

So grateful for the supportive role both this lovely ladies have played---and continue to play---in our kids' lives.

Thankful we made the foray to Galaxy Diner "Way Back When."

Galaxy Diner, celebrating TWENTY YEARS in business today, warms my heart this mid-week.
