Let the Giving of Thanks Begin...

Since beginning blogging more regularly, the concept of NaBloPoMo has been a dangling must-do. The premise is simple: blog daily for a month. Typically, a dictated theme is offered up...but this month, no limits.
November is a month of gratitude for our family on many, many levels; so in addition to the predictable barage of blog entries I normally foist web-ward, each day will include an acknowledgment of appreciation attributable to each of my children. (And certainly a smattering specific to Double Daddy Scott for good measure...)

Today, I'm thankful...

Darren can spend hours untold enjoying the offerings for whatever holiday season is currently featured in the latest Oriental Trading Catalog.

After use, Sarah insists upon re-boxing her colored pencils in spectrum correct order.

My husband will suffer the embarrassment of purchasing a bag of Circus Peanuts at the new Bass Pro Shops because he knows how very much I love them.

What a great idea Cheryl...
And everytime I read about your circus peanuts I giggle --I remember eating them as a child at my grandma's house....

What a great idea! I know we all have a ton to be thankful for.... and our kids and spouses are the world to so many of us. :)

(Oh, and I just love that Sarah puts her pencils back in her box in spectrum order. I used to do that too. lol)

What a lvely idea to write something you are thankful for each day in November. Do you mind if I join in? Of course, I'll give you credit ;)

My kids LOVE Oriental Trading catalogs and actually spend half the morning looking through the THREE new catalogs I got from them today (one fo inspirational items, one for crafts and one for holidays.) FUN! (and so affordable!)

what a great idea. I might have to be a follower and join in this too.

We havent gotten into the Oriental Trading catalogs yet but Hunter loves the toy catalogs that come from ToysRUs and JcPennys. He looks at them everyday pointing out to me the various things he wants until the pages fall out and they have to be thrown away.

What a great idea! There is so much to be Thankful for!

I love that Sarah puts her colored pensils in color spectrum order! I am that same way!

My kids (me too) love magazines and all the neat stuff in them!

Great idea for a theme! Up until recently I posted every day. It's a great self-discipline. It's fun to see how many people are jumping in on this this time.

Okay I hope Double Daddy Scott also picked up some Turkey Jerky for himself at the Bass Pro Shop...just so happens Handsome Van also made a stop there today on his way home from DC and commented about the two snack treats that would be enjoyed by the Twinfatuation family
