Darren's Age: Two Years Old
Daddy's Age: 36
Last week, we Way Back-ed Sarah and Daddy "sharing" a cup of joe on a lazy Sunday morning before church. Here, Darren was assuming the lap position. Of note in this image, Darren is sporting his first shiner -- the result of a rapid run around a foosball table (gotta watch for those handles) and an apparent distaste for the sensation of newsprint on his fingers (inherited from his mama).
So, what have you unearthed from "Way Back" to share with the web this Wednesday? Do post and tell! Be sure to link back here so we can all go take a peek.
Where, oh where, has my Mr. Linky gone? Oh where, oh where can he be? If you see him not below, and are Way Back-ing, add your comment and when my errant Mr. returns, I'll add you!
PS - One of today's WBW participants will win a copy of Twinspiration (signed if they desire), on Thursday morning (when Way Back When-esday is over in every time zone) Random.org will pick a winner. If you've been waiting to play, why not today? Let's see those pictures!

That's such a cute picture! I love sweet little moments... they're so precious!
I love those Sunday mornings before church. Everything seems to move at a slower pace (which might explain why we are always running in the door at the last second!)
My Way Back When-esday is up - and it's even before noon!

I love Way Back When-esday! It totally saves me at times like these when my camera is broken and I don't have any current pictures! LOL
Also, I love looking at other people's little ones. :o) Your's
are adorable!
what a sweet moment you captured. I'm like darren and do not like the print off a newspaper :)
Happy hump day :)
So cute! I love pajama pictures :)
Poor kiddo- boys seem to just be prone to those bumps and bruises huh?
I have to say, too, that my kids would have shredded the newspaper within 20 seconds of getting their paws on it :)
Love IT!!!!! Boy he waited till 2 to get his first shiner! Wish Braden had waited that long! LOL
Good to see he was interested in the world's happenings so early in life!
Sweet pic! I agree. Sunday mornings before church are great. And we, too, love to snuggle with the boys with our morning coffee/tea. For us, it's not with the newspaper - it's usually an episode of Mickey Mouse Clubhouse that we've already seen 75 times!
Great picture! I love that Darren didn't like the newsprint!
btw... I would love a signed copy of your book!
I love those daddy/kiddo pictures :)

It's always fun playing along on Wednesdays!! I love looking back in my son's old pictures and picking just the right ones!
Aww....he is such a good dad. What a sweet picture!!!
ps....and I love playing Way Back Whens-day. Gives me the chance to dust off pictures and show them off again.
nothing like sharing some time with daddy. Great picture. We are again playing and hunting for the missing Mr Linky.
Mr. Linky has gone MIA on me too! :)
I think newsprint is yucky, too!
Off to post mine at http://bachowskibabes.blogspot.com
My two love to sit on daddy's lap and read the Sunday comics with him!
Thanks for linking me in! You know I always play but can't 'link in' until later :-)
