Walking away -- there's something so inexplicably poignant about following behind. Here was my view on the first day of first grade, times two. Wordful Wednesday is hosted by the adorable Angie at Seven Clown Circus. Go join in the fun!
PS - Tomorrow is not only Wordful Wednesday, it's Way Back When-esday! Get those photos ready to share!

That is so sweet! I love that you post the next day's photos one day ahead...always wondered how you got them up so quickly!
You get to see things from behind that you wouldn't normally see if you were in the moment...that's also why I love watching my husband play with the kids...they don't know how cute it is, but I do!
Looks like great minds think alike today! Love the photo!
Cute!
We'll be playing along, as usual tomorrow!
What a sweet picture. One for each hand.
Great picture!!
Love the photo. And it will make a great memory.
This photo reminds me of Angie's. Great shot.
too precious!
I too love the pictures from behind. There's something so poetic about them - especially a man holding his children's hands. beautiful.
Awww! I have a few pics of some of the kids walking with Daddy like this one--there's something so sweet about it!
Blessings!

This is one of my favorite type of pictures to take.
I really don't know why.

Love the "from behind" pictures! (as long as I am not in them)
Such a symbolic photo, I love it!

I love this pic! One of my favs of Kenz and her dad is one of them walking away from me with her on his shoulders.
I love this photo! We have taken many of these "behind the scenes" photos... they're always my favorites!

Adorable!
Some of the best photos I have ever taken were of people walking away. There's just something about it - so natural.
