Makes My Monday: Sweet of Face, Fleet of Feet

This weekend, Sarah ran in her first number-wearing-required race.
In my absence, her brother (and Double Daddy, not pictured) cheered her on.
Family firsts and sincere support Make My Monday!

So what is brightening your early week? Do tell!

Place a post on your blog and add yourself to the Mr. Linky below so we can all share web-wide in the Monday fun.

PS So much for my "never going to Twitter" declaration. While I haven't started yet, I've taken that precipitous, name-holding registration step. Cliche coming: Never say never.

As a big fan of any type of racing (especially when you get to wear a number!), your pictures made me smile. :-) How adorable!

I just signed up for Twitter too - we're suckers for peer pressure, eh?

Cheryl (Blonde Mom) is holding my hand thru it.

What a cute idea for a Monday carnival. Love it!

It was so fun meeting you this past weekend. You are so positive... perfect for this program. I have already applied some of my learning today (kids were out of school) and it worked! I'm beyond excited to get going on it :).

Looking forward to getting to know you better through it all.

Have a great week.

P.S. Cute kiddos!!!

Sincerely,

jyl

I'll play along...late...if you don't mind. I did a couple of monday posts...and have a week planned out, which is very unusual.

Finished a piece up on WOmen Doing More and asking friends in the blogging world to read it if you have the time. I remember that you experienced loss, and some of what you wrote really helped me early on in blog world to understand my own pain. thanks for writing, and if you can read this post:

I think you would make a good writer for them some time if you feel that you can share some of yourself there, you are amazing.
