Everything I Needed to Know I Learned in Kindergarten

Maybe not everything (although he did learn a tremendous amount there), but first grade with Mr. D has clearly taught Darren some life lessons. Loved this excerpt from his journal.

It reads:
You should make good choices because it's the right thing to do. If you do the wrong thing, you won't have any friends. If you do the right thing, you will have friends. Don't do the wrong thing. Do the right thing.

Of course I didn't realize until reaching the back inside cover of Darren's journal that apparently, I'd done the wrong thing.

I love it! I think all kids go through these "MINE" stages! Lauren had a knock first sign on her door for a year...I rarely remebered to knock...

Who is that crossed out person? Is it you? I love the smiley face his teacher drew.

Bella has a journal too and I really enjoy reading it. Guess I should stop!
