Way Back When-esday: Declaration Decoration

Dateline: July 4th, 2008
Twins' Age: 6 and a half

Our pair of petite patriots decked out our cake contribution to last year's Fourth. Oh, and we plan similar sweet treats for later this week. Between sparklers and sprinkles, July Fourth is one of our favorites.

What memories make your mid-week wonderful? Dive into those digital photos or scan a scrapbook find and play along with Way Back When-esday. Be sure and link back to participate in the web-wide reverie...and leave a comment when you do!

Love the cake, I might do this with the kiddos, I'm sure they would LOVE it! Although, I'm not sure I would keep the little ones fingers out of the frosting!

Nothing like a homemade cake to really get the holiday excitement spreading. I'll be back tomorrow to share my link for way back wednesday. That cake made me hungry!

I love that idea!! Maybe I will try that with Andrew. He would love that.

When I post my link to Mr. Linky for some reason it comes up with the one I posted weeks ago. Not sure why it's doing that. But if you click that link it will take you right to my blog.

Happy WBW Cheryl!!
