Saturday Snapshots: The Three L's

Leisure...
(nothing says leisure like some Saturday morning Scooby Doo)
Labor...
(a semi-truck delivered a well-researched playground yesterday. Daddy's got his work cut out for him.)
Looking Forward...
(Teacher assignments are forthcoming; but this tax-free weekend merits some school supply purchasing x 2 today.)
How's your weekend looking thus far?

Post a picture...or two, or three...and share a glimpse...

Looks like you guys have a busy weekend ahead! I'm babysitting tonight and tomorrow, but other than that I'm just laying low! :)

I am feeling a wee bit sorry for twin daddy. We did the well researched playground thing several years ago. The instructions left a LOT to be desired and the project was a FULL DAY! But it was worth it.

Due to the power of the DVD player we got to sleep in, but now we have to face a broken oven and a garage that needs cleaning, so I'm reading blogs:)

We go to Mammoth Lakes CA tomorrow for a week. We go the same week each year to a cabin on Lake George. I am looking forward to it but I have to take my puppy Skye to the kennel today and I am having a difficult time about it.
I love her so much and worry about her experience there.

Oh man, we bought a huge play structure from Home Depot awhile back and it took my hubby and stepdad two whole days to put it together. It was a monstrous job but the kids do love it so it was worth it.

You're like the 5th person who's mentioned tax-free weekends and buying school supplies. I'll have to check if any of the stores are doing that here. But I'm not sure what my kids will need for kindergarten!
