Striding Sister-in-Law!
Smiling broadly at approximately the 7-mile-mark of the Richmond Suntrust Marathon (this point a mere two blocks from our house), Aunt Cathy makes running long-distances seem effortless! Running the half-marathon today (she injured her leg/hip a couple of weeks ago), at this point, she was easily in the top 50 women. We couldn't be prouder!

Wow, she's FAST! I haven't done Richmond (yet). It's not too far from us, so one of these days I imagine I'll try to run it :-) I've heard all good things.
Great pic Cheryl, thanks! I love me some Catwoman and am honored to be her husband, (and your brother too) Thanks again! Any runners be sure to friend Cathy Ross on facebook! She loves to discuss nutrician, fitness and running!
Anyone who finishes a marathon is a hero in my eyes!!! Amazing!
I mean a half-marathon (reading comprehension is not my bag apparently)...crap, if they finish a mile I'll bow down to them! This is still awesome!
boy oh boy do I need to get my rump off the couch.
Since I've just taken up running (yes, at the ripe old age of 37), this post made me smile.
Although, I'm not so sure I'd look so darn happy at mile 7.
