The Past Tense of Blow is Blew

Yesterday, after running downstairs to see Larry dog, we heard footsteps running back up---even more rapidly...

Darren (breathless with excitement): "Mommy! Daddy! It SNEW !"
Thoughtfully, he took the above and brought it to our bed for some pre-parental rising proof...

LOL, that's so cute!
Yesterday my husband asked our 4 year old if he wanted to watch the meteor shower with him, and Pierce said he didn't want to get wet. LOL.

Love it! Reminds me of when Hans was little, eating Kix cereal dry. Me: "What's that you eatin' there?" He, holding up one piece of cereal: "A kick!"

I remember being so excited that it "snew" one time when I was a little girl...I ran outside in my bare feet. When my mom got up, she asked if I'd been outside, and I told her no, knowing she would be mad if I hadn't bundled up. I eventually realized she could not only see footprints...but evidence of no shoes, too! Oops!
