The line of traffic both inside and outside our much-loved purveyor was impressive. No doubt due to the trifecta of an illuminated "Hot Doughnuts Now" sign, prematurely circulating "Free Doughnut" valentines, and the academically motivating practice of a gratis doughnut for each report card "A." (Report cards were doled out locally yesterday.)

We don't have KK donuts here...at least not Hot and Now, only from a grocery store, and that's just not the same thing. There's nothing like a good old-fashioned glazed Krispy Kreme donut!
There is a drive-through location about 45 minutes south of here. We hit it up about twice a year, on the way somewhere or other. It's worth the extra few ants-in-the-pants it gives the girls for Mommy to have her beloved KKs! :)
Oh how I miss KK! We used to have one about 20 minutes away and we would often stop for a treat when we were in that area. its gone now and I so miss that Hot light!!
Such yummy pics! I remember waiting an hour in line the week KK opened near our town and now sadly it is no longer there!
