Way Back When-esday
Derelict as a contributor, but committed in my readership, the marvelous multiples mamas' blog How Do You Do It? had an insightful post earlier this week by new contributor -- but web-renowned blogger -- Snickollet on gender issues experienced in life with boy-girl twins. Conicidentally, I unearthed this image. Even when symbolically accented as below, we did get the "Are they identical?" question often.

Such sweet, beautiful babies.
We got the 'are they identical' question all the time too, it's really only stopped in the past couple of months. Seriously, they look nothing alike.
Oh that question always bugged us! We'd have them dressed head to toe in pink and blue...and still get asked! My good friend who has twin girls - again they look nothing alike - but were dressed completely in pink dresses...and some guy came up and said "Its good to see a boy look like a boy!" WHAT?!?!
I still get the question all the time, esp. if they are dressed alike. (which we have a lot of non gender outfits)
