I Hope You Don't Mind...

I hope you don't mind, that I've put down into words...how wonderful life is, while you're in the world.
[Not pictured, but completely included in the sentiment: Double Daddy.]

Along with Handsome Van's Mommy and Daddy, Scott and I saw Sir Elton himself close his Charlottesville show with that lovely, lovely song last night. He's still got it.

Oh, that's incredibly sweet. And I had an exceptionally bad day with the kids, so thank you.

And a concert? For real? You give me hope. I sometimes forget that things like that will one day be in my life again eventually.

I just love that song - but the version in Moulin Rouge is great.

I love that song. Now I'll have to listen to some Elton today because that's on my mind!

What a great picture. So appropriate!

My kids think Elton John's "Aida" is the greatest musical ever.
