Method (extr)-Acting

Crisp apples. Crunchy carrot sticks. String and a doorknob.

Past practices of speeding dental denouement seem barbarian---or at the very least, less-yummy---than She-Twin's now thrice proven means of early extraction.

Behold, her tasty--employed TWICE this week alone---twin-novation...
1.) Establish which tooth is ready to make its exit.

2.) Unwrap and do some preliminary chewing on a minimally malleable candy. This week's choice: Mary Janes.

3.) Place the pre-worked candy directly to the loose tooth, chew with verve. Remove the sticky candy wad, and your tooth, and survey the success. Placement under pillow now optional for 9-year-olds (more on that sad revelation later). She-Twin does elect to place her bit of baby-ness in Mom's engagement ring box and wait for the fiscal spoils of her creativity.

If it works, it works. Plus she got candy out of the deal!

Oh no! Under-pillow placement is now OPTIONAL? ...but she's only 9! Still amusing that she'll do it anyway, just to see what the tooth may be worth to mom or dad!

My mouth hurts just thinking about that! But come to think of it, I lost at least 2 teeth chewing carmel. :)
