Twins' Age: 6
If memory serves, He-Twin caught an episode of PBS' Curious George wherein the ever-adventurous little monkey created a spherical ice "cube" (isn't that oxymoronic?) by placing a water balloon in the freezer.
The twins' dual glee upon unsheathing the icy orb warms my heart this mid-week. (Now if only determining a 4th grade science fair project idea would prove as fun....)

ugh. I hear ya! I remember struggling something awful coming up with Alex's project with him in 3rd grade. SO hard and some of those kids have AMAZING projects.
