Moved by a recent viral link of adopted dogs "Before and After," felt motivated to compare our beloved Larry dog's path...

On the left, Larry (his Richmond SPCA bestowed and retained name) and He-Twin await the arrival of the approval papers that verify Larry is going to be a Lage forever. On the right, after settling in to his happy life, with a very happy He-Twin.

What you cannot see on the "Before" image, resilient Larry's furless, bleedy/weeping neck skin from having been chained in a backyard and neglected in a nearby county. By the time the image below was taken, only a few weeks later, our caped canine was already well on the path to healing and full-fluff recovery.

We haven't stopped smiling since.
